The Country Villa ‘Pool House’ Extension
A long single-storey extension to a large stone villa in the countryside, providing pool house facilities at the north end of the detached property.
The pool house is constructed from oak truss frames with large expanses of glass making the most of the breathtaking views.
The pool includes an ‘infinity edge’ at its eastern end.
The work includes the renovation of various parts of the existing house, including the ‘opening up’ of the east wall of the existing kitchen, and the provision of a long covered walkway connecting the kitchen and dining areas to the new pool house.
